About Boulder Claims

Founded in 2005, Boulder Claims is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICAT and provides comprehensive claims services on claims from policies underwritten by ICAT.

About Boulder Claims

Boulder Claims provides nationwide, third-party claims administrative (TPA) services for multiple lines of coverage including commercial property, commercial general liability, and residential property and liability claims. We have more than 450 years combined experience among our staff of supervisors, examiners and large loss specialists who efficiently manage all commercial and residential claims. Our service is seamless through the use of our state-of-the-art electronic claims administrative technology.

Boulder Claims currently provides claims administration and adjusting services to numerous Lloyd’s of London syndicates, Victor Insurance Exchange and domestic insurance companies underwritten by ICAT.

Catastrophe Simulation Drills

Boulder Claims conducts annual comprehensive catastrophe simulation drills for both earthquakes and hurricanes with the goal of testing the established response plans.

Each simulation involves a potential and lifelike catastrophe in a catastrophe-exposed area. These simulations—or drills—are treated as real events. All CAT response teams are on call, meeting and running through detailed response plans.

Annual CAT Plan simulations continue to ensure that Boulder Claims’ processes and people are prepared to successfully and rapidly respond to catastrophic events.
